Shipping times vary from 2-5 business days depending on your location. The closer you are to Cincinnati, OH, the faster your order will get to you.

RETURN POLICY
We continuously strive to provide the best commercial and home scenting solutions, home fragrances, and essential oils available in the world. In order to provide you with high quality products at reasonable costs we ask for no returns after 30 days of purchase.
We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. We offer Free Returns within 30 days on diffusers and oil.
We will not accept the return of user damaged products.
If you are not satisfied with your scent diffuser, please email Tony@ShopScentNow.com. Please do not send back machines or oils without first consulting with us. Sometimes diffuser machines are not broken - but an error was made during the setup process. We can often work with our customers over the phone to have this fixed. After trouble-shooting, if the machine still does not work we will offer a full refund or send you a new machine.
REFUND POLICY
All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after your return has been authorized.
